Parents: fees
Balances, receipts and statements for each of their children.
Parents see balances, statements and report cards. Teachers enter marks and take attendance. Parents without a smartphone still get everything important by SMS.
A school app lets parents, learners and teachers use the school's system on a phone. Shulepoa's Android app and web portal give parents fee balances, statements, report cards, notices and messages, and give teachers marks entry, attendance and timetables. Parents without a smartphone receive the same key information by SMS.
Most teachers and parents in Kenya use an Android phone, often on mobile data. Shulepoa is built to work on those phones first, including proper tables and PDFs drawn on the phone, and SMS covers everyone else.

No. Fee balances, results and alerts reach parents by SMS on any mobile phone. Parents with a smartphone can also use the parent portal or the Android app to see statements and report cards.
